Battling against our selves
part one - Forgiveness

Hello to our dear Sisters in Christ! I pray our Lord Jesus Christ and Heavenly Father will watch over and protect you all during these trying times!

I am truly grateful, but most of all, I am humbly here as a Servant of God to glorify His name only. All that I do, I know without a doubt, would not be easy without the Lord Jesus Christ as my guide, my friend and my dear confidante. He teaches me, He breaks down these earthly walls I set in place inside me. He changes me daily to know Him more and be like Him more if I only continue to listen to Him.

Today, I will be speaking about the battles in FORGIVENESS. Forgiveness is a very sensitive subject to many. There are many WHYS in forgiveness: "Why should I forgive them? They did wrong to me. Why should I love him, when he does not love me? Why should I do anything for them? They did nothing for me. Even why did they do what they did?"

"Be kind and loving to each other.

Forgive each other the same as God forgave you through Christ."

- Ephesians 4:32

I do not know the answers to everything, but one thing I have learned is that: It is not easy to forgive, but with God's grace, you can.

Jesus Christ gave us a prime example in forgiveness.

Jesus Christ died on the cross knowing He was innocent. Many people condemned Him, why? Because He hurt the egos of men. The Pharisees could not understand why a simple man could be the King of all the Jews. He did not weld a sword and did not do battle physically to conquer nations. They did not understand the battles He would win for us in our own hearts and minds.

Also, they condemned Him because they just assumed He was wrong. Why? Because he was arrested by soldiers, tortured and nailed on to the cross. Being physically condemned, they did not question the actions they saw. They did not look into or wanted to know, "Who is this Jesus Christ? And why was He being punished?" Jesus Christ even said this:

"Father, forgive them, for they do not know what they are doing." - Luke 23:34 NIV

Lastly, He came down to earth, and died for OUR sins on the cross. With His actions, I know that He died not only for me but for you as well and even for those around you who may or may not know Him. This showed me that if God through our Lord Jesus Christ can forgive me for all my sins...if God can forgive me and love a person like me, who is so unworthy so undeserving of His love, grace, kindness and most of all His forgiveness, then I can love someone who is undeserving as well.

"For God so loved the world,

That He gave His only begotten Son,

That whosever believes in Him should not perish,

But have everlasting life."

- John 3:16 NIV

First, I would pray to understand the person's heart. People think differently. No one can think like you, but you can change yourself to understand them at least. Maybe that person is struggling so much they do not see anything but their own pain? Maybe that person is fighting their own hurt, anger, hatred and jealousy that they affect those around them knowingly or unknowingly. Maybe they are in pain and that pain makes them act the way they do. First, pray for God to take away that pain or anger. Pray for God to heal and help lift them up. Yes, sometimes it puts you down in the process and maybe it will put you in a lot of pain too. But, if you have the Holy Spirit, Jesus Christ is already holding you and protecting you through it all. If Jesus Christ can go through some pain to reach us all, then maybe going through some pain to reach someplace better or to reach someone is worth it all.

"But I tell you, love your enemies and pray for those who persecute you,

That you may be children of your Father in heaven.

He causes His sun to rise on the evil and the good,

And sends rain on the righteous and the unrighteous.

If you love those who love you, what reward will you get?

Are not even the tax collectors doing that?

And if you greet only your own people, what are you doing more than others?

Do not even pagans do that?

Be perfect, therefore, as your heavenly Father is perfect."

- Matthew 5: 43-48 NIV

Second, pray to forgive someone who has wrongly accused you and punished you. Why you ask? Because they did not know or understand. People learn differently and accept things differently. No one can understand you like God does, but you can take the step to forgive and move forward and conquer not only their hearts but your own. Most of all pray to understand your own self so you can fix your ways of thinking, action and even words. Sometimes, you have to learn through the hard times to truly transform. Take the steps to challenge your own ways of thinking because God knows that the ways of man is different from His ways. Either learn from others mistakes or your own. Learning ONLY benefits YOU. And it is okay to not be right all the time. It is okay to learn so you can change for the better. You are the winner when You follow Christ.

"Therefore, since we are surrounded by so great a cloud of witnesses

Let us also lay aside every weight and sin that clings so closely

And let us run with endurance the race that is set before us."

- Hebrews 12:1 NKJV

Finally, pray to love others. I thought it was so amazing. How could Jesus Christ know I needed Him? How did He know I would cry out for Him to help someone like me 2 thousands years down the road? And why? Why did He love someone like me? Knowing how much God loves me and how much Jesus Christ loves me, makes me fight even harder to love others. My one wish is for others to know God like I know Him because through God and our Lord Jesus Christ, we can find healing, love and hope for our own future. We can find our strength and find purpose for our lives. We can love and freely love without fear or embarrassment.

"This is how God showed His love among us: He sent His one and only Son into the world

That we might live through Him.

THIS is love: NOT that we loved God but that He loved us

And sent His Son as an atoning sacrifice for our sins.

Dear friends, since God loved us, we also ought to love one another."

- 1 John 4:9-11 NIV

I truly pray you all listen to Rev. Chervang and his teachings on the Holy Spirit. If there was a cure a cancer of the human soul, it is through Jesus Christ and His Holy Spirit. God bless Rev. Chervang for his continual fight to help our souls. I pray you all continue as well to fight to understand the things that you cannot understand on earth. Understand how God understands us and learn to see others as how God sees you.

Fight always for your future and your faith. My Lord and Savior, oh how amazing You are. I pray that You are able to reach deep into the hearts of those who want to know You more, who want to change to become better. I pray you help us to not see the struggles in this world, but allow us to see our own heart to change and mold it to be more like you. Help remind us of your love and your forgiveness so that we can love and forgive others as well. Help transform in us into a renewed self not limited to this world's earthly mindset but renewed in a better light with the eyes of Your love and grace. Amen!

Blessing Day

January 24th, 2021

"I will send you the Helper from the Father.

The Helper is the Spirit of Truth who comes from the Father.

When He comes, He will tell about me.

And you will tell people about Me too,

Because You have been with me from the beginning."

Lord, You are wonderful! You are Holy and True!

Let me tell you of my story of finding God and the Blessings I have received.

My Parent's Miracle.

My parents had been married for a long time, but try as they may, they could not have a child. In Thailand in 1981, my mother finally had a son, but afterwards, my mother could not bear any more children. She truly longed for more. She heard of the miracles of Rev. Chervang and truly believed, but she could not convince my father to come to church. Finally, when my mother had me in America five years after their first child, it did not seem like I would survive. My father finally gave in, because of his love for me (and his children), and let my mother have the church members come pray for me. I was saved, and my mother's faith grew so much that she knew she could bear more children and had three more children after me.

A Miraculous Sign.

At the age of 7, my parents moved us to North Carolina. Every year, the church members would gather all the children and have them pray. I was young and could not understand. Say "Hallelujah", they told me, but I did not know what for. So as I prayed Hallelujah like they asked, I started thanking God in my heart filled with love for my family, my mother, my father, my brothers, and my sister. I had so much love and was so happy for what God had given me. As I continued to pray, tears started to fall from my eyes. I could not understand it because I was not sad and my eyes were not red or swollen like it usually was if I did cry. It just felt wet as it fell. I knew then that God is Love. He is all about love.

The Holy Spirit.

At the age of 17, my world fell apart. My older brother had killed himself. It was truly a dark time for my family and I. I truly fell into a dark hole, one I did not know how to get out of. I was filled with regret of why I couldn't save him. I was heart broken because I looked up to him. He was my big brother. He helped drive me to school everyday. He helped me with my schooling and soon he was going to help me go to college. I questioned God why this had to happen. I tried to be happy that year but I could not truly get past grieving for my older brother. In December 2005, I felt a calm in my life, like I was waiting for something. We had gone to a 2005 Revival in Fresno, California. There, for the first time, I felt the presence of God. It was heavenly and healing. All the hurt, pain and regrets I had were gone. But when the worshipping and praise were gone, the feeling of dread came back. When I returned to North Carolina, I knew, I needed God in my life. But how? During passover night before Christmas, my dear church friend, Paia, spoke to me about the Holy Spirit. She explained that it was a Helper and someone who could help me make the right decisions. God is the God of all things and knows all things. Of course, I thought, He is the only one who could help me. As our pastor, Rev. Solomon Moua, brought his elders to come and help pray for us to receive the Holy Spirit. I closed my eyes and prayed with all my might. I prayed against the demons in my life: the ones who caused me to feel sadness all the time, the ones who caused me to feel hopeless, the ones who caused me to struggle with my life at this moment. After I felt like all of those demons were gone, I felt a warmth all over me and a tiredness because we had prayed all night. The next day, I awoke into a new person. I felt like crying all day, every day and can still  even now. I tried to think of the person I was before the day, and the miracle was, I could not. I could not even imagine how she felt. I was completely reborn into a new person. My heart was light and full of hope and happiness. I woke up every morning, enthusiastic to start the day, enthusiastic to find out, what more could I do for the Lord? What more could I do to praise Him and glorify His name! Our Lord Jesus Christ came down to earth to die for our sins. Know that ONLY through Jesus Christ, then can we be saved. ONLY through Jesus Christ, we can throw away the chains that tied us down, that kept us from seeing the light at the end of the tunnel.

I pray, in Jesus' name, that all know and hear about the Holy Spirit and what it is. It is a Friend to help cheer you up as you get beat down by everyday life. It is a Comforter through your dark times and times of sadness it will hold you and calm you down. It is a Guidance to show you the way to know what to say, what to do and how to do things. Do not fret. Do not worry anymore. When you feel like you cannot do it anymore, He will step in and make whatever mistakes you made, good again. Just continue to pray to strengthen your Spirit, read the Bible to know how to defend your Self, and continue to sing and praise to lighten your Heart and be closer to Him.

God bless Rev. Chervang of the Blessing poured down upon us all.

Love and Grace be with you all!

Passover - 2021

IMG_4597.heic

Greetings in the Name of our Lord Jesus and Savior!

Thank the Lord for Rev. Chervang's message on Zoom Live this night at 5pm PST. His message should remind us to continue to be strong in our faith. We are being tested and may the Lord be with us all to remain in Him!

Rev. Chervang once told us, in order to truly praise God, we must remember three simple things:

1. Reading the Bible

2. Edifying one's self through Prayer

3. Praising and Worshiping God.

Let us continue in this simple fashion in the new year. Tialee S. Cherkong, or Mrs. Rev. Chervang, has truly blessed us with her voice and her faith. She has diligently recorded reading the Bible and it is now available for free on Youtube! I truly insist for all to listen daily as well as to donate to her Ministry. You can find that information on her Youtube channel or by searching Tialee S. Cherkong Ministry.

As. Rev. Chervang discussed, we must continue the Passover as well as we can in Remembrance of what our Lord and Savior has truly done for us. He had prepared us since the Passover in the Old Testament as all His children were protected and delivered from the Egyptians. As we break our bread, tighten our belts, and patiently wait until the evening has set, let us remember our own deliverance from our sin.

"It is God who has made you part of Christ Jesus. And Christ has become for us wisdom from God.

He is the reason we are right with God and pure enough to be in His presence.

Christ is the one who set us free from sin." 1 Corinthians 1:30

Remember to thank the Lord for all that He has done for us. Let us prepare for the Coming of our Messiah, as we continue to read the Bible, pray and continue our praise to our Lord and Savior!

Truly,

Rebecca Chervunkong

New Year Message - 2021

Greetings in the Name of our Lord Most High!

I pray that all is well with you and your family! We encourage everyone to do their best to keep safe and healthy. I, also, encourage everyone to remain steadfast in our Lord Jesus Christ. The times of testing is here, and we must stay within His Holiness and Grace, for Grace alone can save us through these trying times, whether it is amongst our family, friends, work, school or even in sickness.

“For I am convinced that neither death nor life, neither angels nor demons, neither the present nor the future, nor any powers, neither height nor depth, nor anything else in all creation, will be able to separate us from the love of God that is in Jesus Christ our Lord.” – Romans 8: 38-39.

Thank you all for those who participated in our fasting and prayer on December 27th for the New Year! I am thankful for the Lord Jesus Christ for being with us and seeing us through these difficult times. I am also thankful for having these times remind us to prioritize what is truly important: our faith in our Lord and Savior, our family, our health and living our lives truly to how God needs us to live.

"Give thanks in all circumstances; for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus for you." - 1 Thess. 5:18
